By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
Purchases
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your name, address, phone, email address, and credit card information.
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). You will be billed for VIP Memberships on a monthly basis.
Refunds
Refunds for personal training services will only be issued if requested within 48 hours of the initial payment. After this 48-hour period, all sales are considered final, and no refunds will be provided. This policy helps us manage scheduling and program planning effectively while ensuring a commitment from our clients.
Cancellations
Please note that we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of personal training sessions. If you do not provide at least 24 hours’ notice, or if you miss your appointment, you will be charged the full cost of the session. This policy ensures fairness to both our trainers and clients by respecting their time and schedule.
